Questions we get on every call.
Do you charge per farmer?
No. Each tier has a farmer cap, but within the cap there's no per-seat or per-farmer fee. If you outgrow a tier you move up; nothing is billed by-the-row.
What happens at the end of the private beta?
Co-op stays free for organizations onboarded during the beta until at least the end of the calendar year. We notify you 60 days before any pricing change.
Can we self-host?
Network tier organizations can opt into a single-tenant deployment in a region of their choice — Singapore, Frankfurt, or São Paulo. The image and Helm chart are the same we run in production.
How is data isolated between cooperatives?
Every table is scoped by organization_id and protected with Postgres row-level security. The API enforces tenant context per request; raw queries still need an explicit WHERE clause — defense in depth.
Do you offer training?
Region tier includes group onboarding sessions in Vietnamese. Network includes white-glove migration from your existing spreadsheets and on-site visits for the first two cycles.
Can we switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so we never lock you out of paid features mid-operation.
